Shopping & quantities
All purchases are made by weight. On our website you can order all products per set weight. Usually this is 100g, but you will be able to identify this in the product title. Prices displayed are per the specified weight, so please add the multiple of that weight to the amount you would like to order. For example, if you are ordering Organic White Self Raising Flour 100g you can see from the title that it is sold in 100g increments. If you would like to buy, say 300g, simply add 3 x 100g to the shopping cart.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing - Once your order has been placed we will pick and pack it within 2 working days (3 for weekends) and ship via courier. You should receive your order within 5 working days of placing it. If you have not received it, please let us know on firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order may require someone present at the delivery address to receive it. If no one will be in to receive it, you can re-arrange delivery free of charge with the courier.
Packing materials - We pack all orders in either paper bags or home compostable cellulose bags. These are then shipped in cardboard boxes, and sealed with paper tape. All material used is 100% recyclable, compostable, or reusable. We even reuse the packing material we receive from our suppliers to pack your orders. We are more than happy for you to return our packaging to us to reuse or recycle!
We cannot offer any donated glass jars or bottles for delivery to customers by post/courier due to the weight and fragile nature of glass.
At Wye Weight, we operate in a small premises which contains allergens in open containers. Therefore there is a risk of cross contamination within our shop. We advise that our products are not suitable for those who are very sensitive to these allergens. We do however maintain high levels of food hygiene.
Returns & Refunds
At Wye Weight we aim to provide high-quality produce and service. If you are not happy with an order you receive please let us know on email@example.com. If your order is damaged or not as described we offer a full refund on receipt of photographic evidence.Thank you and we look forward to serving you!
